An industrial engineer, Jaume Clavell has worked
throughout his career in companies related to the world of technology,
with the exception of a short period in public administration in the
80s, when he was the General Director for Electronics and Computing
in the Ministry of Industry. He also spent part of his professional
career as Managing Director on the Organising Committee of the 1992
Barcelona Olympic Games.
Some of the companies in which he has
worked as Chairman and General Director include Opyce, Sony Secoinsa,
Apple Computer
España S.A.
From 1997 to 2000 he was member of the Board of Directors of IP
Multimedia.
He is currently Chairman of Inse, S.L., Chairman of Voraconca S.A.
and a consultant for several IT companies.
